Was talking to my mate the Man City fan who bought season tickets so his 11yo could see some PL football
They went to see Man City, Man U, Arsenal , Chelsea, Spurs & Liverpool.
I understand West Ham were also on the pitch but that was of little interest to them.
Don’t think they have renewed as the boy is playing on Saturdays now.
Told him that people like him need to fuck off. He agrees.

I left England 11 years ago and dropped renewing my season ticket a year before that. So. It came as a bit of a surprise to be notified that my application for a season ticket was at the top of the list a month or two back. Then I read that 92% of season tickets were renewed so, as I never asked to go on the list in the first place I just ignored it.
So knowing all this and remembering Karren Brady's boast that WH had a 50,000 waiting list for season tickets the fact that I have since had 3 similar emails telling me I need to confirm my seat before it's too late I wonder how much bullshit Sullivan, Gold and Brady manufacture?
Here's today's email imploring me to buy a season ticket....

14000 didn't turn up v Saints. Giving your card to a mate to attend in your absence to make up the 7 games or even moving to better seats will all be academic soon when they introduce biometric photo cards and then face recognition software to the London Stadium as there will be no cards issued and only those registered will gain access to their seat.

Why would you get an ST and attend less than seven games (unless for a genuine reason, which I'm sure they'd listen to)?
Surely it's better to sell the tickets to someone who wants to go?

It's that little rule they have in place to take your season ticket off you, if you attend less than 7 games of SHIT (year in year out), that makes it akin to a dodgy contract.
they serve up shit and then want to punish season ticket holders for not wanting to follow the misery of it.

although I know they looked me up at least once as I couldn't find my waiting list client ref (i know the existing ne have had my seaosn ticket on for years) but they had to give me another ot get this extra ticket

Eggy what i do is act dumb - not difficult I know - when you ring ask him/her to confirm that you are on the season ticket list first, they then have to access your client number to check, whilst they are in there on the database ask them where you appear, the reason they don't tell you is because they can't be bothered to access your details
Having said all that is there still a waiting list, because I'm not sure what is happening at the moment, makes no sense

My guess is that a bad season has put a lot of the waiting list off. If next season is as bad or worse they will be begging people to take season tickets.
